Due to the digital nature of virtual in-game items, all sales are generally final once delivery has been completed through the Roblox trading system.
If an item cannot be delivered or the trade cannot be completed, customers are eligible for a full refund.
If any delivered item is removed, adjusted, or otherwise affected within 30 days due to an issue directly related to our delivery process, customers may contact support to request a full refund or replacement.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by contacting Support@rbxitems.com and including the order details.
We reserve the right to investigate all refund claims to prevent abuse or fraudulent activity.
